Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for fees paid to ClientForge Lab, a service operated by Crystal Palace Metals Inc. We want you to feel confident trying the Service, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.


1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber purchasing a ClientForge Lab subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial charge — no questions asked.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • This guarantee applies once per customer/business entity. If you cancel and re-subscribe, or sign up under a different account, you are not eligible for a second money-back-guarantee refund.

2. Monthly Plans — After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day money-back period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly plan, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial-period credits or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days in the final billing cycle.


3. Annual Plans — Pro-Rated Refund Window

If you are on an annual plan and you cancel within the first 90 days of purchase (excluding the 14-day window above):

  • You are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused whole months, minus a one-month early-cancellation fee to offset provisioning and payment processing costs.
  • Example: If you cancel 45 days into an annual plan, you have used portions of month 1 and month 2. We would calculate the refund as the annual fee divided by 12, multiplied by the number of fully unused months remaining, minus 1 month.
  • After 90 days, annual plan fees are non-refundable, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscription year.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Usage-based fees (such as messaging add-ons, overages, or credits consumed).
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases (such as onboarding sessions, custom integrations, or feature unlocks sold separately).
  • Fees for periods already elapsed beyond the applicable refund windows above.
  • Subscriptions terminated by us for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. No refund is issued when we terminate your account for cause.

5. Abuse of the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we reasonably determine that the refund policy is being abused. Signs of abuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Multiple sign-ups from the same individual, business entity, IP address, or payment method specifically to obtain repeated money-back-guarantee refunds.
  • Evidence of using the Service to extract significant value (e.g., exporting data, completing campaigns) immediately before requesting a refund.

If we decline a refund on this basis, we will explain our reasoning and you may appeal by contacting billing@clientforgelab.com.


6. How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

  1. Dashboard: Log into your account and navigate to Settings → Billing → Request Refund.
  2. Email: Send a request to billing@clientforgelab.com from your registered email address. Please include your account email and the reason for your request (optional, but helpful).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For subscriptions already active at the time of a change, the policy in effect at the time of your most recent purchase will govern refunds for that billing period.
