Questions owners ask us

Will you write copy that mentions specific treatments?

In Phase 0, no. We use treatment-neutral creative ("look refreshed", "summer-ready glow") for cold acquisition. Reactivation messages reference past visits without naming the procedure. The HIPAA-tier engine that unlocks treatment-specific reactivation is Phase 2.

Are you a HIPAA business associate?

We’re structured to become one. We have BAA-tier agreements with our LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), encryption at rest, and audit logs. We sign BAAs with Closer-tier customers as part of onboarding.

Do you handle our Google reviews?

No. We send post-treatment review request flows that go to your existing Google Business Profile, but we don’t manage the listing itself or respond to reviews.

What's the typical first-90-day result?
