We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Crystal Palace Metals Inc. (d/b/a ClientForge Lab) does not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

We collect and process personal information solely to provide and improve the ClientForge Lab Service to you, our customer, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We never rent, lease, trade, or otherwise monetize your personal information by transferring it to advertising networks, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Your Rights Under California Law

Even though we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share about you.
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

If our practices change, we will update this notice and the effective date above. Material changes will also be reflected in our Privacy Policy.
